Welcome to my author site. I’m a genre writer, with an emphasis on romance of all sorts, particularly m/m, fantasy, mystery and the paranormal. You’ll find links here to my works in print, some excerpts from works in progress, information about me, and a link to my blog.
I’ve been a writer for most of my life, but I never shared my work with anyone outside my family until I was a high school freshman. I wrote a vampire story, and I still remember the closing line: “Go. She is mine now.” I remember the kids in the class all shivered when I read it aloud, and how amazing that felt.
To actually earn money, though I have done office work, sold books, made and sold all manner of arts and crafts, taught beading, edited tech manuals. Then I spent fifteen years as a caregiver for my parents, both of whom suffered from dementia. Writing was one of the things that kept me sane in those years. I currently edit transcriptions of real-time corporate conference calls to make a little money, but I sincerely hope I won’t be doing that for the rest of my life.
I live in a craftsman-style two-flat on Chicago's northwest side with two cats named Peeb (Peanut Butter) and Leonardo (for Leonardo da Vinci.) My housemate, Glinda, and I spend a lot of time planning the garden, hanging with our friends and laughing.
My work is available from the publishers, but many of the stories can also be found
at various eBook stores on the web, including Amazon.com. Please check my current
catalog for links to the publishers and info on titles currently in print.
